How long we keep data
Booking and tax records: seven years (required by Indonesian law). Marketing newsletter list: until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages: up to two years after the last reply. Website analytics: GA4 retains user data for fourteen months by default.
International data transfers
Our hosting (Vercel) and CMS (Sanity) run on servers in the United States and the European Union. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity process data globally. By using our site, you agree to your data being processed in these regions under standard data protection terms.
